A Blackboard issue was identified and resolved yesterday, July 5th. Blackboard was not functioning as normal between Saturday evening July 4th and 11:00 am Sunday, July 5th. Users may have seen an "Invalid File" error when trying to access course attachments, take an exam, or access files from the Gradebook. The issue has been resolved. Online service requests are processed during working hours (7am-5pm, M-F).
